The little corner of 2920 and Kuykendahl continues to grow and that is exciting because we need more conveniences. I have heard that the following are the planned retail sites for the area:

Palais Royal (opening 1st Qtr. 2008): 30,000 square feet
Proposed 24 Hour Fitness: 38,000 square feet
Lowe’s: 117,000 square feet
Chick Fil'a
Little Caesar's

Other possibile but not confirmed stores include:
Michael's
Marshall's
Famous Footwear
Petsmart
